The Power of running in a circle Today while I was working out at the gym I started out warming up by doing my fast walk routine around the complex for 30 minutes. I'll call it running in a circle so you won't think I'm to old to run. It was late in the afternoon and there wasn't anyone on the track so I had the place to myself. After about 5 minutes or so I realized something - the fact that there was no one else on the track had allowed my mind to drift away somewhere else and not focus on pushing myself like I normally do. Usually I will pace myself by not letting someone 20 years older than me pass me on the track and it keeps me focused on why I am at the gym to begin with. Then I started thinking about life and business and running in a circle. When you are on your own and sometimes when it just feels like your on your own, your mind will take off to never never land ...
